VISUAL ARTS PROGRAMME
Moving with time and catering to the different interests and needs of our students, our Art Enrichment Programmes expose the students to new art forms thus heightening their awareness in visual arts which are beyond the classroom art curriculum. These enjoyable art programmes enriched the students’ art learning experience and also allows for venturing and experimentation with new art forms.

MUSIC PROGRAMMES
“Music is the social act of communication among people, a gesture of friendship, the strongest there is.” –Malcolm Arnorld
BUSKING
During recesses, our students are engaged in Busking programme either as an audience or a performer, time & space is created beyond curriculum time to celebrate talents in the performing arts. Our busking programme has leapt onto higher ground when we have started our Teachers Busking in 2015. The intent is to build a school culture for arts appreciation with our teachers propelling and passing on their passion for the arts.

ICT MUSIC
We aim to be inventive and engaging in our pedagogy while moving with time. We started our ICT Music lessons for our P4 cohort this year when students can apply their music knowledge to create and compose their own music.
ARTS APPRECIATION
“Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it.”—Andy Warhol
School events & Assembly Programme
For arts appreciation, students were treated to live performances in school as well as enjoying art outside of school. For music, students watched performances put up by their peers from the different performing arts CCAs as well as from renowned international musicians ‘Duo Jackson’ from New Zealand who graced the school with their presence for the very first time.
Partnership with external party
We have partnered with YJC to immerse our students with arts appreciation opportunities beyond classrooms. YJC Art Club conducted an outdoor Art Trail in Sengkang Sculpture Park for our Pr 3 & Pr 4 Art Champions. The learning experience enabled students to observe the sculptures and relate them to the elements of arts.
PAM LEARNING FESTIVAL
We had our first ever Learning Arts Festival and it was greeted with great enthusiasm from all. The aim of the festival was to provide students with a platform to showcase their artistic skills and talent in both the visual and performing arts. Student participants took part in activities ranging from music competition to visual art appreciation through an internal students’ art exhibition.
